Membership is not refundable but transferable.
Appointment for weekend should be minimum 2 days prior.

Birthday discount is only for registered members a week before & after your birthday
Happy hour benefit would be from Monday to Thursday : 12 noon – 5pm, only for registered member.
For availing reference discount, referrer must call at desk & confirm before billing.
One time 50% flat benefit cannot be exchanged or changed, it can be gifted or transferred to family/friends. Only one service can be used once a month (Except Gold+ member).
Free Service, Membership reward, Wallet balance can be redeemed only on services with rate mentioned in the rate card & cannot be used for product purchase.
Incase of any dispute, decision of Salon Authority will be final.
